The president of RSE Realty, R. Stanton Evans, is an attorney admitted to practice in the state of Indiana. Having been in the commercial real estate business for over 30 years, Stan brings a dealmaker’s perspective and experience to the legal side of any transaction. He has the practical approach needed for transaction services, permitting, mitigation, legal documents, asset acquisition and disposition.
In addition to commission-based services and related-party development, RSE Realty has provided third party, fee-based development and general real estate consulting including services such as feasibility assessments, document review, governmental approvals and contract negotiations, among others.
